This page is maintained by the 2beav team and describes the controls that exist in the app today.
Everyone is vouched for
Nobody browses 2beav anonymously. Members join through an invitation from a connector who knows them personally.
Introductions are private by default
The second person only sees an introduction after the first person accepts. Passing is never announced to anyone.
You control your exposure
Pause introductions at any time, block a specific person, or leave a connector's circle.
Reporting reaches a human
Reports are queued for review by the 2beav team, who can suspend accounts and remove introductions.
Meeting in person
Meet in a public place the first time, tell someone where you're going, and arrange your own transport. Trust your instincts over politeness.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. To reach us about a member, use the report action on their introduction or conversation.
